1. Description of Service

Opello is an AI-assisted sales workspace that helps businesses find potential clients, organize leads in a CRM, and generate outreach content such as emails and follow-ups.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Credits

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, via our payment processor (Stripe). Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at the discounted annual rate shown at checkout.
• Plans include a monthly allowance of lead, AI, and email credits as described on our pricing page; unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable anti-spam or data protection laws (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
• Collect or process data on individuals or businesses you are not legally permitted to contact.
• Resell, scrape, or export data from the Service in bulk for purposes outside your own legitimate business use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to draft messages, scores, and suggestions. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before sending it or relying on it, and for ensuring your use of it complies with applicable law.

6. Lead & Third-Party Data

Any business or contact data surfaced through the Service's lead search features is sourced from publicly available information. You are solely responsible for how you use this data, including compliance with applicable outreach, marketing, and data protection laws in the jurisdictions where your leads are located.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Opello and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opello is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes from AI-generated content or outreach sent through third-party integrations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
